Sunshine Housing LLC is Hiring a Property Maintenance Worker Near Columbus, OH
Sunshine Housing is searching for a handy individual to assist with maintaining rental properties(homes, duplexes and office building). Regular maintenance requests as well as some renovation projects. A lot of the work is on a project basis. Looking for a reliable contractor with their own tools and experience.
Pay can be hourly or based on job and per gig.
Job duties include, but are not limited to.
- Minor Repairs
- Painting
- Renovations including flooring, lighting, and interior projects
- Heavy lifting
- Meeting and hiring contractors for larger projects
- Showing properties if Property Manager is unavailable
